Q. Do I Need to Buy an SMTP server like Amazon SES and Gmass?
A. No. You do not have to buy an SMTP server and login credentials like Amazon or Gmass. We will provide a reliable pre-warmed up SMTP server. Our solution is much more robust and properly planned to suit all use cases including marketing emails, transactional emails, outreach emails and/or outbound marketing.
Q. Do I need to provide a hosting server?
A. Absolutely NOT. Those days are long gone! No more head aches and waste of money on hosting. Provisioning the SMTP directly on our premium dedicated cloud servers allowing scalability for all businesses. Please do not abuse your SMTP usage. Otherwise, you may get banned without refund. See acceptable use policy.
Q. Do I need a Separate Domain Name for Sending Bulk Emails?
A. You may provide us with a separate domain name if you wish to authorize sending on a different domain. However this is unnecessary. Please ensure that you have an active email address on that domain.
Q. How Many Emails Can I Send Monthly? At what sending speed?
A. The Basic plan allows you to send up to 1 million emails per month, Power plan allows you to send 5 million emails per month, and the Ultimate plan allows you to send 10 million emails per month.
Q. Will You Give Me a Dashboard to Import and Send Emails?
A. Yes, we will provide a dashboard that allows you to import and send emails. You will get the login details to the dashboard which also has the functionality to track your email marketing metrics such as delivery rates, open rates, etc.
Q. Does you automatically clean my email list?
A. Yes, our Email Sender automatically cleans your email list when you upload it. You can also filter the emails by their status (valid email or invalid emails). Please delete all the invalid emails as they are useless and can potentially cause hard bounces that may damage your domain sender reputation.
Q. Will My Emails Go to Spam Folder?
A. While we have had many clients with high inboxing rates, We do not guarantee 100% arrival in the inbox as this depends on the content sent and the reputation of your domain. However, you’re sending with a high quality SMTP server with good reputation IPs, pre-warmed for mass mailing. Please automate your domain warmup with WarmupInbox via your SMTP.
Q. Are email addresses guaranteed in Scraping?
A. Yes, it is 100% guaranteed that each scraped Instagram contact (by hashtag or username) will have an email address. A. Q. Can I use more than one domain in my setup?
A. It impossible and unnecessary. We configure your SMTP to respond exclusively to DNS records mapped to one domain name. Such records cannot be mapped to another domain name.
Q. Can I start sending emails in the first month?
A. Unfortunately NO. When you start sending from new Service Provider you need to warm up your sender domain for 30 days especially if you send emails to Gmail, Outlook, etc. This will train ESPs to associate your domain with your new SMTP even though the SMTP is pre-warmed. Otherwise, your domain might be greylisted into the spam folder until it can be trusted with the SMTP.
Q. Why do you charge only 70% of the price in month #1?
A. We charge only 70% of the price in month #1 because we will assist you in warming up your domain for sending, through Warmupinbox. The 70% fee in the first month is for setup with our system. Upon payment, we immediately grant you access to the sending dashboard and SMTP credentials and you can generate an API token in case you need to connect via external applications.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. Refund will be granted only when the SMTP and Mailer are not working. If your emails go to spam folder or you abuse your SMTP usage, we cannot offer a refund. You will have a clean reputation score upon handing over this SMTP to you. Please do not send spam.
Q. Are your SMTPs / IPs already pre-warmed up?
