Q. Do you provide SMTP credentials?
A. It depends. Our mailer sends email directly from its in-built API so that SMTP is not required to send emails. However, we do provide SMTP credentials to our top tier users only. To have access to SMTP credentials or details, you have to order any of these top-tier plans: Magic Pro, Magic Super, Magic Ultima, Gold, Diamond, and Platinum.
Q. Do I need a Separate Domain Name for Sending Bulk Emails?
A. Not necessarily. But you may provide us with a separate domain name if you wish to authorize sending on a different domain. It is recommended to use a domain that is older than one month, and it should have an active email address that can actually receive emails just in case you want to reply-TO your recipients.
Q. Can I track inbox rates, open rates, clicks rate, etc.?
A. Yes. The web app allows you to track inbox rates, open rates, click rates, etc. You can even filter the campaign results and export those who engaged, for retargeting purposes.
Q. Is there an AI subject line generator in your system?
A. Yes. There is an AI subject line generator in the mailer. You simply have to enter some keywords or prompt and it will suggest a suitable subject line optimized to drive open rates.
Q. Will My Emails Go to Spam Folder?
A. While we have had many clients with high inboxing rates, we do not guarantee 100% arrival in the inbox as this depends on the content sent and your list quality. We suggest sending more to custom domain emails or business emails. It improves the success rate with cold email, lead generation, and bulk email.
Q. Is your integrated Mailer already warmed up?
A. Yes. Our system has its inbuilt SMTP pre-warmed, using industry practices: transactional email traffic sending daily, out-of-office autoreply loop, further boosting the server IPs reputation. We also provide you with a web-based user dashboard.
Q. Do you provide Email List cleaning service?
A. Yes. We do provide email list cleaning service at $0.0005 per email without compromising quality. You can clean up to 1 million emails per order. The verification results (clean data and its details) will be delivered to the email address you’ve provided during order.
Q. Is Spintax feature available in your web app?
A. Yes Spintax is available in the web app. You may spin syntaxes in your subject line and email body. You may also use the A/B testing feature to compare between the performance of different campaigns or variations in subject line, etc. The format for Spintax is given in our User Guide.
Q. Does Mailer Magic support marketing emails?
A. Yes, you can use Labnify for sending marketing emails to your opt-in list. It also supports connection via API that allows you to integrate with your website or app for sending marketing emails.
Q. Does Mailer Magic support transactional emails?
A. Yes, Magic supports both transactional and marketing emails. However, you may want to use TranX API to send transactional emails as it is specially designed and optimized for transactional emails.
Q. Can I use this system for sending cold email?
A. Yes you can. While our users have been successful with cold email, please understand there is a possibility of bounces depending on your list quality. It is highly recommended to send emails to high quality list. Using spintax is also recommended.
Q. How can I upgrade my subscription to a bigger plan?
A. To upgrade your subscription to a bigger plan, please login to your billing dashboard-> click on Subscriptions-> you will see the available plans you can upgrade -> simply select the plan you want to upgrade ->click Upgrade Subscription.
Q. Can I send emails to all ESP?
Yes, our users have successfully send out mails to email addresses hosted by virtually all standard Email Service Providers (ESPs) including Gmail, GMX, Outlook, Yahoomail, Hotmail, AOL, Zohomail, Yandexmail, Mail.ru, Hubspot, iCloud, Protonmail, Comcast, Mail.com, Titan, Tutanota, Rediffmail, custom or business domain emails, etc. However, we do not recommend sending mails to disposable email addresses as we want to help you to keep your bounce rate minimal as low as possible.
Q. Can I get access to Demo for Mailer Magic?
A. Yes. Demo is available for the Mailer Magic. Please understand that demo does not include the ability to send emails but you will see the interface, features and dashboard. You may login to demo with the following credentials:

Q. Can I start sending emails from day #1?
A. YES. As soon as you have verified your sending domain(s) with our DNS records which are available in your sender dashboard settings, you can start sending out emails.
Q. Is there a User Manual to get me started?
A. Yes. We’ll provide you with a detailed User Manual that serves as a Starter Guide to get you started. It contains essential information to use Labnify and API without hassles.
CQ. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept Credit/Debit Card, Wise, Bank transfer (ACH, Wire) and Crypto – Bitcoin, Litecoin, TRON (TRX), and Monero (XMR).
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. If you order now, it takes about 30 minutes to deliver your login details to your order email address automatically. The details will also include the URL to access your Magic panel, User Guide, and API documentation.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. Refund will be granted only if the Mailer dashboard and API are not provided. If your emails go to spam folder or you abuse your usage and got banned from our system, we cannot offer a refund. Please do not send spam as we cannot be responsible for this.
Q. Do you provide an API documentation and webhook?
Yes. API documentation is available for API integration. Webhook is also available. Please understand that the documentation contains reference for both marketing and transactional emails. If you are an Mailer Magic user, please refer to the Mailer Magic API section.
Q. What products are your resellers allowed to resell?
A. Automatically, we have enabled the resale of all plans under Mailer Magic and TranX API. Only users who are subscribed to one o our agency plans [Gold, Diamond, and Platinum] have the agency plan in their account. If you are an agency with an active agency plan subscription, you do not need any approval to get started with reselling our services.
Q. Can I resell your products?
A. Yes! Only users who are subscribed to any of our agency plans [Gold, Diamond, and Platinum] have the reseller feature in their account. The reseller feature is automatically available in your agency account and you can create unlimited number of customer accounts also known as subaccounts under your main account, set your price(s) and resell to your customers.
Q. Important! What will happen if I exceed the sending limit on my subscription plan?
A. Sending of emails will be suspended until you upgrade to a higher plan . That is, if you exceeded your monthly sending limit you won’t be able to send any more emails in that month.
It is recommended to keep an eye on your monthly sending volume so that you will not exceed the allowed limit, and to upgrade if necessary. You can always refer to the User Guide provided to you or chat with our support.
ABOUT SENDING LIMITS
Daily limit = speed of email relay to recipients per day (for better deliverability and spam control).
Monthly limit = the real monthly limit available in your account. So logically your daily limit is multiplied by 30 days, the result is your total monthly limit.
Both the daily and monthly limits affect the number of emails that can be sent out in the given time frame.
